薄板坯連鑄機的板坯經定尺切割后直接進入輥底爐均熱并由爐底輥輸送至熱軋機進行軋制。特殊的工況條件要求產品既要耐高溫、耐壓力、耐磨損，同時又要承受板坯頭部的沖擊力及板坯運動的摩擦力、扭力等復雜交變載荷的作用。

After the size cut, the thin slabs are conveyed into furnace directly after that areconveyed by hearth rolls to the hot roll mills. pecial operating conditions demands the products with high? temperature resistant, pressure resistant and wear? resistant, to endure the sophisticated alternating load such as the impact power at the slab head, friction force of the slab movement and torsion force.
